The Senator Robert Byrd is dead. As reported today Robert Carlyle Byrd has passed away. Byrd was the West Virginia Democrat who served longer than any member of Congress in the history of the United Stated.
Senator Robert Byrd died at age 92. He died at about 3 a.m at the Inova Hospital in Fairfax, Va. May his soul rest in peace with our Almighty God.
