The Weekend Edition

Last night after I posted pictures from this weekend on Facebook, my darling lady friend Joanne commented and said "I love our life." She's spot on with her adoration of our lives, as lately it really seems like everything is going well (besides the aforementioned approaching winter and the departing Amy). This weekend was quite fun indeed...but what happened?
  • 5 mile run to kick off the weekend
  • Drinks at Muse for Emily's birthday
  • Frisbee golf with Eric and Amy
  • Hanging at Moose's Tooth with Eric and the Germans
  • Going to see the hysterical and ridiculous Dead Snow at Bear Tooth
  • Failed BlackBerry training for work (no one showed up!)
  • Bike ride along the coastal trail (Saturday was beautiful)
  • UFC Night with everybody and Moose's Tooth pizza and beer
  • Combination going out/Amanda night/Aarin's pub crawl/80's night awesomeness
  • Football pretty much all Sunday (finally, rest and relaxation!)
The best part of the weekend had to be Saturday night, which ended up being a crazy amalgam of all kinds of events. With my good friend Amanda being in town and wanting to hang, Aarin Bell being off on her birthday pub crawl and the Avenue having one of their awesome 80's nights, the entire evening turned into a massive pile of awesome. There was much dancing, laughing and ridiculous to be had by anyone and everyone, and it was all thanks to chance encounters and dumb luck. Thank god for those things, otherwise I'd probably never have fun!

Picture proof of Saturday is below.

I'm looking about as happy as anyone ever as I dance with Amanda at 80's night

Myself and Joanne: best. fake. couple. ever.
