Since surviving a difficult marriage to music producer Tommy Mottola, whom she wed when she was 24, the singer has had a hard time overcoming her insecurities. "I have trust issues," says the 38-year-old, who's dated baseball star Derek Jeter and Latin crooner Luis Miguel.
